- Select “Certificate of Deposit” or “Time Deposit” from “Deposits Booking” menu then choose the type of the CD/TD you want to book
- Review the selected CD/TD details, then click on “Book it Now”
- Enter the required amount and interest payment frequency, then click on “Proceed”
- Review the request details and accept the “Terms & Conditions”, then click on “Proceed”
- You will get a confirmation message that the CD/TD has been booked successfully

ALEXBANK Mobile Banking application is only available for Individual Customers.
For your convenience, ALEXBANK Mobile & Internet Banking is available in English and Arabic languages.
Individual customers starting from 16 years old, who opened their bank accounts starting October 2017 and did not register for Mobile & Internet Banking Services before. Also, customers who cancelled the service before will be able to register again online through the website.
It is the CIF which consists of the first nine digits of the customer's account number.
- The activation code is a 16-digit code you receive via SMS and is used at the initial setup only when activating the Mobile Banking application.
- The initial login PIN is an 8-digit code that is used for once during first time login and then a new password of your choice is created.
Mobile & Internet Banking password must be:
- 8 to 16 characters long
- Alphanumeric and contains at least a capital letter, a number and a special character
- Not in Arabic letters

Certificate of Deposits and Time Deposits can only be booked from a Current or a Saving account through ALEXBANK Mobile & Internet Banking.
The debiting and crediting account should be the same in case of booking the Certificate of Deposit or the Time Deposit through ALEXBNK Mobile & Internet Banking.

- Accessing the service is only done using your unique user ID and password
- Creating a strong password is a must during the initial login process
- Advanced encryption technology to help prevent unauthorized access to your accounts
- Our privacy policy guarantees the protection of your financial information
- Session time out is enabled and the application will automatically log itself out after 5 minutes from being inactive
If you are already a registered user, you can get the activation code instantly via SMS by clicking on “Have you registered before?” on the Mobile Banking application, then login using your User ID, password and activation code, or you can call our Contact Center on 19033.
It’s the international bank account number which is the gateway for more efficient transfers to and from other banks. You will find your IBAN in “account information” section in Mobile & Internet Banking and you can also easily share it via SMS, E-mail or WhatsApp to receive transfers.
The O-Key application is used to generate a One Time Password (OTP) to authorize your online banking transactions. For your security, each generated OTP is used once and is only valid for a short period of time.
With the O-Key link feature you will have the O-KEY embedded into your Mobile Banking application through a link that appears on every transfer for faster transaction authentication.
Yes, you can activate it through ALEXBANK Mobile & Internet Banking from "Settings" then choose “Sign-in & Security” and turn “Easy transfer" off.

The customer must have at least one active account in local or foreign currency in order to activate a dormant account through the Mobile & Internet Banking by following the below steps:
- Open the side menu
- Click on “Accounts”
- Choose the account you want to activate from the dormant accounts list and click "Activate"
- Insert the OTP from the O-Key application
- Account is successfully activated

- Open your “O-Key” application then Click on the three-dot menu “⋮” displayed on the left.
- Click “Delete user”
- A Confirmation message will appear. Once you click on “Yes”, the entire profile will be removed from the device
- In case you would like to keep your profile on that specific device, click on “No"
