Requirements:

• Receiver should be present with a valid ID
• Receiver minimum age is 16 years old
• Receiver should be aware of the money transfer details
• Sender should include the recipient’s full name as it appears on the ID in the money transfer order
• Service is only offered through any ISP branch in Italy. 

The service allows ALEXBANK account holders to receive money transfers from Italy direct to their designated account at ALEXBANK.
Money will be automatically credited to ALEXBANK account in minutes without any human intervention.

Requirements:

• Sender should include the account holder’s full name in the money transfer
• Sender should include ALEXBANK account number along with all the required account details
• Money transfers must be sent from an ISP branch in Italy.
