Violation Reporting Systems - Whistleblowing
Alexbank has an internal system for reporting acts or facts that may constitute violations of rules governing banking activities or other unlawful conduct (Whistleblowing).
Who can make a report?
Those collaborators in a business relationship, outside of “ALEXBANK”, such as outsourcing, suppliers/service providers/ contractors or any other stakeholders working for the bank.
How to make a report?
- Reports of cases of violations should be sent by email to whistle-blowing@Alexbank.com along with the relative supporting documents.
- ALEXBANK guarantees that whoever reports a case of violation in good faith will be protected from any form of retaliation, discrimination or penalization, and ensures maximum confidentiality, according to the local laws & regulations, subject that such report is not intended to be a mislead, abuse or act of retaliation from the reporter.
- Our whistleblowing published channel is not intended to receive customer complaints, as we have a separate dedicated channel for that purpose. Noting that in case of any customer complaint will be received through this channel it will not be addressed or acknowledged.
