Western Union offers

• The mega gift of EGP 250,000 will be awarded to the customer who receives the highest number of transactions.
• A gift of EGP 50,000 will be awarded to the top 9 customers who receive the most transfers.

Terms & Conditions: 

• Campaign is valid from 1^st  of March till 31^st of March 2025.
• The mega gift is EGP 250,000 awarded to the customer with the highest number of Western Union received transfers.
• A gift of EGP 50,000 will be awarded to the top 9 customers who receive the most Western Union transfers.
• The customer is eligible for one gift throughout the campaign period.
• If the number of eligible transactions is equal among different customers, the priority is given to the recipient with the highest transaction amounts. (Total amounts will be valued in US Dollar currency).
• Transactions received in US Dollar and Egyptian Pound will be entitled to the offer.
• Only individuals are eligible to get the gift.
• The customer must open Ebda’ account to be eligible for the gift.
• Beneficiaries who already own a bank account with ALEXBANK, are no longer required to open another account for eligibility.
• The minimum requirement to be eligible to receive the gift is 2 transactions per month.
• All Western Union terms & conditions apply.
• The cash gift will be credited to the winning customers' bank account with ALEXBANK.
• In case the winning customers’ bank account has any outstanding dues, it will be deducted from the awarded gift automatically.
• The winner will be notified within one month from the date of announcing the campaign winners by any means the bank deems appropriate, and in case the customer is unreachable for any reason (travel or death), the gift will be cancelled.
• The winning customer cannot replace or nominate another person for the gift.
• The winning customers will be contacted on their phone numbers registered in the remittance’s transaction data.
• The winning customer’s right shall be forfeited in the event of his death, injury, or discovery of his identity being impersonated.
• ALEXBANK staff are excluded from the campaign.
• The bank has the right to cancel or amend all or some of the terms and conditions for the gift.
